The photographs here show Les working on three quite different projects. In the first set of photographs (A01-03) we see him using acrylics to produce a detailed painting of a church interior. In the second set of photographs (B01-06) we see how he set about producing a large canvas painting of an orchestra making use of his sketch book to determine the initial layout of the composition, to develop the figures to be included within it, and finally to begin putting the composition together. In the process he took great care to ensure that all the members of the orchestra could recognise themselves within the composition. In the third set of photographs (C01-04) we see him producing and installing two stained-glass murals. We also see the way in which he makes a point of creating samples (in this case in stained glass) for discussion with clients before going ahead with the development of the final product.
